Welcome to the website of the Drew Theatre Arts Department and its student-run co-producing organization The Drew University Dramatic Society.

The Theatre Arts Department is dedicated to a broad based study of the history, theory, and practice of theatre and its various disciplines in the context of an overall liberal arts education, together with an extensive production program that centers on student involvement and leadership in all of the theatrical arts.

The object of the Drew University Dramatic Society is to promote the interests of all aspects of theatre arts among the Drew community by acting as a co-producing organization in conjunction with the Drew University Theatre Arts Department, as well as encouraging and supporting other theatrical endeavors.


OPENING NIGHT!

February 10th, 2010 8:00pm

Come to the Opening Night of our season and see two performances! The Boundary by Tom Stoppard and Clive Exton, directed by Kat Funkhouser (CLA '11) AND Sleep Study, a new play by Caitlin McWethy, directed by Rosemary McLaughlin (CLA Faculty). Performances are at 8:00pm in the Thomas H. Kean Theatre in the Dorothy Young Center for the Arts. Tickets are 8 dollars, 7 dollars on Thursdays, and can be reserved here online.
