There are four distinct views in PowerPoint, each one having a different purpose. To access these views choose the View menu. The first four items in that menu are the different views. |

| Slide sorter view enables you to: |

| Slide Show view allows you to run your presentation with all the features and effects you may have added. |
| Notes Page view allows you to create and layout a set of notes for you to use during your presentation. These notes do not appear during the running of your presentation, but they are printable from the File>Print menu option. |
