Pack and Go

Pack and Go is a useful function to run a PowerPoint slide show on a computer that doesn't have PowerPoint installed on it. |

1. Open the PowerPoint presentation file that you want to use with the Pack and Go function.

| 2. Follow the step by step instructions in the Pack and Go Wizard window. | |
| 3. Once the wizard is done, you will get a pngsetup.exe file and pres0.ppz file. Take and uncompress the files to the computer you are going to show the presentation on. |

1. Save both pngsetup.exe and pres0.ppz files in the computer you are going to use for the presentation.

| 2. Double click on the pngsetup.exe file, the computer will uncompress the file into the computer. | |
| 3. Then find the ppview32.exe file and double click on it , then select the presentation file. Click on the Show button to play the slide show. |
