Step 1: Get Informed

Information is key to paying for college.
Our overview of aid and cost section is a great place to start.

Step 2: Finance Your Education

New to financial aid? Take a look at our articles on financing your education and our independent 529 tuition plan. There are many forms of financial aid available to college students. Grantsloansoutside scholarships, and student employment are all great ways to help pay for college.

Step 3: Get Money

The first step in obtaining financial aid for all students is to fill out the FAFSA. First-year CLA students then need to complete the CSS Profile. All other students must instead complete the Supplemental Form corresponding to their college/school/program.
