Opportunities to study abroad!

Why study abroad?
..................................................................................................
Where and how can you study abroad?
Drew believes that studying abroad and developing an appreciation for and understanding of other countries and cultures is an important component of a liberal arts education. Doing so through a program designed and run by experts on a specific country ensures that the experience will be both intellectually and personally rewarding.

International travel exposes us to different ways of thinking, develops our awareness of critical issues and ideas, and provides us with a better understanding of ourselves in relation to the world in which we live. International programs of study offer an experience unlike that of on-campus study or tourist travel, allowing students of literature or writing to gain a deeper appreciation of place, a fuller comprehension of the literature we read, and a better sense of the world we inhabit.  If you are mature and academically committed, with an open mind toward other peoples and cultures, we invite you to explore the world through full semester or month long international study.
