View of Flossenburg KZ concentration camp from overlooking hill. Flossenburg KZ was located in Germany and was a sub-camp of Dachau. Slave laborers worked by day in the Messerschmidt aircraft plant and in a nearby quarry. Malnutrition thinned their ranks and hundreds were reported to have been machine-gunned or killed with phenol injections. Most bodies were later cremated.
